CERTIFICATION CRITERIA
CWC Certificates are issued for each individual surgery (NOT the whole practice). To maintain surgery certification a surgery must receive consecutive ‘Pass’ results. To qualify, new images must be submitted between 60 days and 150 days after the previous report date. Certificates are valid for 3 months.
